I did that with my iPhone 2G. It was great! I don't want to do it with my iPhone 3G because it's still under warranty. :)

Laptop sleeve bag for my MacBook

Posted by iMasterful On October - 28 - 2009 Posted under - Giveaway, Products, Random

I needed a laptop bag for when I take my late 2008, 13″ white MacBook on the go. I usually carry my MacBook in my purse with the rest of my daily things I carry around with me, which worked out fine when I was just carrying around my MacBook. But recently I’ve been needing to bring my 60W power adapter, my 4 port USB hub, my wireless mouse or Wacom tablet, and my 320gb external hard drive.

Need new Earphones for my iPhone.

Posted by J On October - 25 - 2009 Posted under - Products, Random

I’ve been rocking the iPhone earphones every since I had my original Apple iPhone. When I got my iPhone 3G I ended up selling my original iPhone to my friend. I packed it up in the iPhone box, along with the the original iPhone dock, the original collapsing wall charger, the new Apple Dock Connector to USB cable that came with my iPhone 3G, and the new earphone with mic that came with my iPhone 3G as well. I don’t have a backup earphone that I can use with my iPhone. I do have another set of earphone that I use with my MacBook but it doesn’t have a mic. It would be humbug to always have to hold my iPhone by my mouth just so that I could talk straight into the mic end of the iPhone so that the person can hear me. Looks like I’ll be shopping around for some new earphones. I already know what specifications I’m looking for. I know I want it in-ears and noise canceling. I would like a mic that also has a built in button for me to control my iPod songs with the headphones such as pause, skip, etc. I’d like the earphones to have a good range of high, meds, and lows. I also would like the earphone tips small so they can fit in my ears better than the Apple Earphones with Remote and Mic did. Last but not least, something inexpensive. I’m not looking to spend too much on an earphone.

If any of you have any suggestion on what you think fits my specifications, feel free to leave a comment. :-) Don’t forget to join my facebook page, follow me on twitter, and check out my videos on the video section of this website or directly on my YouTube Channel.

Speck: SeeThru v2 Case for iPhone

Posted by J On October - 24 - 2009 Posted under - Products

Check out the unboxing and review of the Speck SeeThru v2 case for the iPhone 3G/3GS. It’s also available for the iPod Touch 2nd/3rd generation. Speck fully redesigned the SeeThru v2 case after their CandyShell cases. I ordered the case through MyGearStore because I had a 15% off code but Speck has a “Happy Halloween! Get 50% off ALL Purple, Black, Orange, White, and Clear cases, now thru 10/31!” So if you order the clear or black SeeThru case you’ll get it for $14.97 instead of the regular $29.95 price.

How you can make a 728×90 Banner in Photoshop

Posted by J On October - 21 - 2009 Posted under - Tutorials

728x90 iMasterful BannerI made a video earlier today. It’s a tutorial on how you can make a fairly simple banner, nothing too plain, and not too over the top. Just something nice to make to advertise your website on Google Adsense, Google, Adwords, other affiliated websites. The video might be too fast for some of you to follow along but feel free to pause and rewind if needed. I had to keep the video under 10 minutes because of YouTube’s time restriction on videos. I hope you enjoy the video.
