I’m very much into music. I love music. I’ve learned to appreciate all different types of genre. Growing up, my dad was very strict toward my sister and I forcing us to sing for our church. It help me to learn more about music and appreciate music. From grad school till high school I was in band. I play the saxophone, guitar, and drums and still do. Being in band has made my open my eyes or should I say ears, to appreciating all the different types of genre’s whether I like it or not. When growing up I listened to early 90′s slow jam and pop in grad school. In middle school I listened to classical, gospel, and pop. In high school I listened to just about everything because I was in Jazz band, Concert band, Symphonic band, and I was part of a Pop/Rock garage band that played just about any type of Pop Rock & Pop Country songs. I always need music in my life. I really don’t have a favorite artist. Some people find it strange that I don’t have one because I love music so much, but really, I don’t have a favorite artist, band, or whatever…
PwnageTool 3.1.5 for Mac OSX
On Super Bowl Sunday the Dev-Team released PwnageTool 3.1.5 for Mac OSX. PwnageTool 3.1.5 will custom create the IPSW to safely update your firmware to 3.1.3 and still keep your jailbreak and ultrasn0w unlock. Unfortunately for those who have used the blacksn0w unlock (at baseband 05.11.07) will need to stay at 3.1.2, at least for now.
Keep in mind that even the Dev-Team says:
Unless you’ve personally observed a problem with the reporting of your battery percentage, there’s no reason to update to 3.1.3.
Today on 10.30AM PST Apple released the 3.1.3 version (7E18) of the iPhoneOS. This is a warning for all those like myself that cherish their jailbroken/unlocked iPhone. DO NOT update!

Basically this update in this update fixes the consistency of launching some third-party apps, the iPhone 3GS battery level being more accurate, and repairs a bug that caused some apps to crash while using the Japanese Kana keyboard.
Honestly this doesn’t seem to be major updates to be losing your jailbreaking/unlocking needs.
Congratulations to J for being picked as Griffin Technology monthly product reviewer. Check out Griffin’s blog post for the list of February reviewers. Everyone here at iMasterful is so excited and is looking forward to J’s review. We all hope you’re just as excited as we are.
Why I have an iPhone 3G and not 3GS?
Here’s a question I get asked a lot on YouTube. Most of you know that are close to me know I have a jailbroken/unlocked iPhone 3G running T-Mobile. And therefore I have the iPhone 3G and not the 3GS. I don’t want to give up T-Mobile and switch over to AT&T. I love T-Mobile’s rates and I get great service where I’m located. I was with AT&T before T-Mobile and didn’t like their service. I don’t want to switch to AT&T just so that I can pay $199 or $299 for the iPhone 3GS and heck no am I paying more than that $300 on a phone. Call me cheap if you want I really don’t care. Yes I love technology but I can live without built-in video, a compass, voice control, and more speed. I’m doing just fine running edge on my iPhone 3G, not like I really have a choice being that T-Mobile doesn’t offer 3G for iPhone’s yet. By the way…What are they waiting for.
