On November 3, 2009, I reuploaded a small unboxing/review of Case Crown’s Executive Leather Frame Case and Polycarbonate Glider case and announced at the end of the video that I was going to do a giveaway on the Polycarbonate Glider case in Black Obsidian. You can read more about it in the CaseCrown: Executive Leather Frame & Polycarbonate Glider post I wrote that day. I said I was going to run the giveaway for a week all people had to do to get in on the giveaway was to be a subscriber of iMasterful’s YouTube Channel and follow us on twitter. Following us on twitter is so that people can know who the winner is instead of having to wait for me to uploaded a video on YouTube of who the winner is. Last but not least you had to comment “c-yourcomment” so that I know you wanted in on the giveaway and not just commenting on the video.
The giveaway ended yesterday November 8, 2009 at 11:59pm HST. I didn’t care how many times you entered in the giveaway just as long as your comment started with “c-” and didn’t spam. Sometime YouTube will detects a comment as spam if someone comments numerous times in a row. If YouTube does spam your comment, I will not see it. I won’t bother to click on the “show” link just to view the comment. I’ll just continue on and move onto the next comment.
Originally when I first started the giveaway. I was only giving away Case Crown’s Polycarbonate Glider in Black Obsidian. I had no intentions of giving away the Executive Leather Frame Case in Gunmetal because I purchased that item for myself on Case Crown’s website. Close to the end of the giveaway someone commented asking if I was going to give away the Executive Leather Frame Case the same time. My first thought was, No because I bought that for myself. But then as I kept thinking about it, I figured why not. I can always get more cases from Case Crown if I wanted. When that being said I had to pick out two winners. The first winner was going to be for the Polycarbonate Glider case since that was the original giveaway. The second winner was going to get the Executive Leather Frame case.
How did I pick the winner you might wonder? I did a video of picking the winner so go check out the video to see if you won. I started with to the first page of comments of that video and in that order that people commented, I tallied up all the comments that began with “c-” that wasn’t spam. It didn’t matter if you posted one time, two times, 10 times, I tallied up all the comment. I paste all the user names depending how many times you entered in the giveaway to a randomizer website called MyTextTools’s Random Line Picker. From there I just had to press the “Pick Random Line” button and it randomly selected the two winner.
Winner’s has a week to message me via YouTube your shipping address so I can send these cases your way. I’m not going to chase you down, any knows the winners, please let them know. If I don’t hear from them by next week Sunday, I’ll pick other winners that are subscribe to me.
